Wowfulls Is Coming To The Lower East Side
The Smorgasburg favorite is opening its first brick-and-mortar waffle shop on Houston Street on Friday.

LOWER EAST SIDE, NY β The popular Smorgasburg waffle maker Wowfulls is opening its first brick-and-mortar store on the Lower East Side on Friday.
The waffle confectionary will open its doors at 309 E Houston St. on Friday, and will be selling its staple waffle creations along with two new flavors, says co-owner David Chan.
Opening weekend comes with some perks for waffle enthusiasts: The first 50 customers on Friday will get their waffles for $1, and the first 200 will get a T-shirt and a waffle tin, Chan told Patch. All waffles will be $5 all weekend long, no matter when you show up.

The sweet shop will still remain loyal to its food stall origins: When Smorgasburg starts again in April, Wowfulls will be in Williamsburg on Saturdays and in Prospect Park on Sundays.
