Bronx Man Accused Having, Selling Illegal Drugs
Troopers pulled him over initially for a traffic violation.

EAST FISHKILL, NY — A Bronx man was accused of having illegal drugs while driving on the Taconic State Parkway.
The New York State Police said Justin A. Castillo, 19, of the Bronx, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, with intent to sell, both felonies.
Police said, shortly before 9 p.m. April 29, troopers stopped a 2012 Jeep Cherokee for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations on the parkway in the town of East Fishkill.

The investigation found Castillo possessed about 55 grams of crack cocaine, police said.
He was arraigned in the Town of East Fishkill Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear in court Wednesday.
