The Rhinebeck resident was seeking a second term in Congress.

RHINEBECK, NY — The Associated Press Wednesday declared that Rep. Antonio Delgado was re-elected to represent the 19th Congressional District for a second term.
His lead has expanded to more than 30,000 votes, the AP said, and is expected to grow as absentee ballots continue to be counted.
"With the race officially called, I am incredibly humbled by the opportunity to once again serve every community in NY-19 and thank Mr. Van De Water for his concession call and his spirited campaign focused on the issues," Delgado said.
