Dutchess County To Hold Veterans Day Ceremony

DUTCHESS COUNTY, NY — The Dutchess County Veterans Day ceremony will be held Monday in the Town of Poughkeepsie. County Executive Marc Molinaro said all residents are invited to attend the event which will begin a 11 a.m.

The county War Memorial is located at John K. Rinaldi Memorial Park at the intersection of Raymond Avenue and Main Street.

Officials said local veterans from several eras will be in attendance and there will be an invocation, presentation of colors, a benediction and a wreath presentation.

There are other Veterans Day ceremonies around the county.
