Farms2Tables Subscription Service Promotes Hudson Valley Farming
Grocery subscription service connects local farmers to local consumers.

Farms2Table is creating a grocery subscription service that connects farmers in the Hudson Valley with local consumers. The Rhinebeck firm supplies subscribers with boxes of fresh food ingredients from a network of farmers that can be picked up at several locations in the area or that can be delivered to a workplace.
Subscriptions come in small, medium, or large sizes and can be weekly or biweekly. A trial box can also be purchased. Boxes include meats, eggs, cheese, milk, 6 pounds of produce that varies with the seasons, and an item like local jams or honey.
Pick-up locations include Taste NY at Todd Hill on the Taconic Parkway, the Phantom Gardener in Rhinebeck, Duo Bistro and Market in Kingston, and Bread and Bottle in Red Hook.
