Storm Summary of Winds, Rain In The Hudson Valley

Isaias brought damaging winds to the region, leaving trees downed, debris everywhere, and hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses without power. Tuesday night, Orange County's 9-1-1 system went down.

The National Weather Service said the highest recorded wind gust was 78 mph at Farmingdale Airport in Suffolk County.
