Local Author to Speak at Cornwall Library
Michael O'Connor will read and discuss his book on the West and NYC

The Cornwall Public Library will present a reading by Michael O’Connor, a resident of Cornwall and the author of The Wild West Meets the Big Apple on Monday at 6:30 p.m.
The book is a blend of Western lore and New York City history. O’Connor presents short biographies of Westerners who made a mark on the Big Apple. He is an attorney with offices in New York and Rockland County and is also a member of several historical societies. In February, he was admitted to the Western Writers of America, an organization that promotes the literature of the American West.
Copies of O’Connor’s book will be available for purchase and signing through Friends of the Cornwall Library. For more information, please call the library (845) 534-8282 and speak with Charlotte Dunaief.
