Tornado Warning In Effect For Parts Of Ulster, Greene Counties

MID-HUDSON VALLEY, NY — A tornado warning was issued for northeastern Ulster and southwestern Greene counties until 2:45 p.m. Thursday. The National Weather Service said around 2:20 p.m. a thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Phoenicia, or 8 miles southwest of Hunter, moving southeast at 50 mph
