Where To Find A Christmas Tree In 2020 Near Mid Hudson Valley

Many local Christmas tree providers are taking coronavirus precautions to ensure you and your family have a happy holiday.

Mid Hudson Valley, NY — As the ongoing coronavirus pandemic threatens some of America's most quintessential holiday traditions in 2020, it could still be possible to hunt for the right Christmas tree this year — and even more importantly, do it safely.

At least 25 million real Christmas trees are purchased each year across America, and currently, 350 million are growing in all 50 U.S. states. And during this unprecedented year, Christmas tree lots and choose-and-cut farms nationwide are taking precautions amid the coronavirus pandemic to ensure buyers can take home a tree with minimal risk to their family's health and safety.

In fact, the National Christmas Tree Association has released a special guide full of recommendations and best practices for Christmas tree providers to follow. Sellers are advised to frequently sanitize items such as hand saws and tree cart handles, as well as countertops, restrooms and other areas.
