Mangie Ly of Syosset Joins Syosset's Homes By Mara Realty

Ly comes to Homes By Mara after working in the health sector for nearly 15 years. Ly decided to change career paths from working in the health industry to real estate so she can spend more time with her 4½ year old daughter, Ellie, and husband, Alex.

Before joining Homes By Mara, Ly was a physician assistant at New York Cardiovascular Associates in Manhattan with clinical and managerial background specializing in sleep and pulmonary medicine. Prior to that she was a physician assistant at Clinilabs in Manhattan where she was in charge of running clinical studies.

Ly says that some of the skills she developed as a physician assistant has proven to be a fine complement to her new focus in residential real estate. “As a physician assistant, I developed great interpersonal skills, professionalism and an understanding regarding the importance of confidentially, which in my opinion are critical characteristics for today’s real estate agents and the home buyers and sellers they serve,” explains Ly. “I am so glad I am able to apply these skills to my concentration in real estate so I can ensure the utmost attention, service and representation for the clients I work while playing an integral role in helping them fulfill their dreams in selling or buying their homes.”
