Menorah, Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration in Mineola
The event is held Monday, Dec. 7.
All residents are invited to attend a Menorah and Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in Mineola on Monday night.
The event kicks off at 6 p.m. on the front lawn of the Theodore Roosevelt Executive & Legislative Building, located at 1550 Franklin Ave.

- Rabbi Anchelle Perl of Congregation Beth Shalom Chabad in Mineola will light the 6-foot-tall Menorah.
- The Girl Scouts of Nassau County Choir will perform several holiday songs.
- County Executive Ed Mangano and Santa will begin the countdown to light the tree.
- Light refreshments will be served.
