Noodles & Company Sets Opening Date For Hicksville Restaurant

Noodles & Company will open its new Hicksville restaurant on Monday, Oct. 26, company officials have announced.

The Hicksville location at 363 Broadway Mall will be the fourth Noodles & Company restaurant to open on Long Island.

To celebrate the official grand opening in advance, Noodles & Company will give away one free meal per guest on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The meals will be on a first come first serve basis.

Stop by to get your free meal at the following times:

• Thursday— 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5-8 p.m.
• Friday— 1 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5-8 p.m.
• Saturday— 1 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4-7 p.m.

“Guests can choose from a wide variety of dishes, which are fully customizable to please even the pickiest of eaters,” said Ed Choe, president of Doherty Enterprises. “We are excited to bring the concept to another area on Long Island and we look forward to serving the people of Hicksville and the surrounding communities.”

The fast-casual restaurant chain, which serves noodles and pasta dishes from around the world, already has locations in Garden City, Patchogue and Farmingdale.

The 4,000 square-foot Hicksville restaurant will have seating for 130 guests inside the dining room. The restaurant will also offer its enhanced service feature, P.L.U.S., an acronym for Please Let Us Serve, which provides dedicated hosts in its dining room to specifically cater to the needs of each guest – all without tipping, company officials said.

Noodles & Company is hiring about 40 people to staff the new Farmingdale location, including entry level management positions requiring two years of management/leadership experience. All candidates must be 18 and over and can apply online at www.dohertyinc.com/career-connection.
