Man Caught Driving With License Suspended 45X: Police

The 31-year old is facing a felony charge, police say.

MONTAUK, NY — A Cliffside Park, NJ man was arrested after he was caught driving with a license that had been suspended 45 times, police said.

According to East Hampton Town Police, Arman Belassarov, 31, who was driving east in a 2014 Toyota, was arrested on June 29 at 2:40 a.m. on Montauk Highway and S. Embassy Drive in Montauk and charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation/10 or more suspensions on 10 or more dates, a felony.

His New York State license had been suspended/revoked a total of 45 times, police said.

Cash bail was set at $2,000, police said.
