Man Charged With Intent To Sell Cocaine In Montauk: Cops
He was caught with cocaine weighing more than 500 milligrams, police say.

MONTAUK, NY — A Medford man was arrested and charged with intent to sell after he was caught with cocaine in Montauk, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Nicholas A. Hausch, 26, was arrested on May 27 at 2:19 a.m. on South Edison near Montauk Highway and charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor, third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, narcotic drug, intent to sell, a felony, fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, 500 milligrams, a felony, operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1% alcohol or more in blood, first offense, a misdemeanor, and third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.
Hausch was driving a 2011 red Volkswagen north on South Edison and was found with a quantity of cocaine and packaging material consisting of six individual plastic bags, and weighing over 500 milligrams, police said.
