"Similarly, La Brisa is inspired by the seaside taquerias of Mexico, sourcing fresh ingredients from the Atlantic Ocean. As a brand, we are committed to the sustainable sourcing and respectful treatment of our ingredients."
Tacombi, she added, was born on the beaches of the Yucatan. "Montauk offered us an opportunity to bring the brand back to the beach, with a focus on local fish and produce. La Brisa serves as an accessible taqueria for those looking to unwind over some tacos, grab a freshly pressed aquas fresca or get some ceviche to-go to enjoy oceanside," Mehraban said.
