17-Year-Old Girl Shot To Death In The Bronx: NYPD
The girl was shot in her back outside an apartment complex late Saturday night, police said.

THE BRONX, QUEENS -- A 17-year-old girl was shot to death just a block from the Bronx Zoo late Saturday night, police said.
Vlana Robert, of the Bronx, was shot in front of apartment complex less than two miles from her home at around 11 p.m., police said.
Robert was found with a bullet wound in her back outside the apartments on Vyse Avenue near East 181st Street, police said.

Someone else drove Robert to St. Barnabas Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, authorities said.
No arrests have been made and an investigation into the shooting is ongoing, police said
