22 New York City Library Branches To Reopen On Monday

NEW YORK CITY – New York City's libraries will re-open next week for "grab-and-go" services across all five boroughs, following closures due to the coronavirus pandemic.

For the first phase of the libraries' reopening on Monday, patrons will have access to 22 branches to pick up and return book orders placed online or over the phone.

Patrons will be required to wear masks and social distancing guidelines will be enforced.

The following New York Public Library branches will reopen:

• Bronx: Belmont Library, Francis Martin Library, Parkchester Library
• Manhattan: George Bruce Library, Epiphany Library, Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library
• Staten Island: Richmondtown Library, Todt Hill-Westerleigh Library

The following Brooklyn Public Library branches will reopen:

• Bay Ridge Library
• Bushwick Library
• Central Library
• Flatbush Library
• Kings Highway Library
• New Lots Library
• Red Hook Library

The following Queens Public Library branches will reopen:

• Bayside Library
• Bellerose Library
• East Elmhurst Library
• Kew Gardens Hills Library
• Laurelton Library
• Long Island City Library
• Peninsula Library
