The Spookiest Costumes At 45th Annual Village Halloween Parade

WEST VILLAGE, NY — Call it a monster mash!

Thousands crammed on to Sixth Avenue Wednesday for the 45th annual Greenwich Village Halloween Parade. This year's theme, "I AM robot," encouraged marchers to don robot-inspired outfits and even featured a VIP section of automaton-based costumes led by the parade's grand marshal, costume designer Machine Dazzle.

There was no shortage of cyborgs and robot puppets.

A group of politically active pigs carried signs that read, "There's a wolf inside all of us."

Captain Jack Sparrow and Edward Scissorhands made an appearance.

Amazon prime robots invaded the avenue.
