'Believer' NYC Premiere With Alec Baldwin: See Pics!

Photographer Daniela Kirsch shares her exclusive coverage of the red carpet premiere of "Believer" in New York City.

'Believer' is a new HBO documentary debuting on June 25, 2018, about Imagine Dragons' frontman Dan Reynolds, who comes to a crossroad when he witnesses fellow members of the Mormon church shunned due to their sexual orientation. The film also features openly gay former Mormon Tyler Glenn -- the lead singer of the Neon Trees.

Together they create LoveLoud, a festival to improve the dialogue between the Mormon church and the LGBTQ community.

It's officially #PRIDE month and today's movie premiere fits right in.

It's the hottest day so far in New York City, for sure. I'm glad the red carpet is inside the air-conditioned foyer of the Metrograph Cinema and not outside on the sidewalk in the heat.

"Where are you from?" Alec asks Dan, hinting to his Mormon upbringing, "Nevada" he says.
"And where are your parents from?" Alec asks again. Dan whispers something to Alec, and I get his reaction on camera. They both crack up laughing.

"She didn't get the shot yet," says Alec and points in my direction.
