The police are looking for a man who stole a cop car and crashed it into parked cars in the Bronx.

BRONX, NY — The NYPD is looking for a man who stole a police car from right in front of a precinct house and then crashed it into four parked cars, only to walk away as if nothing happened. No one was injured in the accident.

According to police, the unlocked cop car was sitting in front of the 50th Precinct house, with keys in the ignition, when a man hopped in and took it for a joyride at 6:20 a.m. on Sunday in the Bronx. The driver took off on a ride from the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx to University Heights where he plowed into four parked cars outside 2300 Sedgwick Avenue, police said.

The man then hopped out of the totaled police car, walked away, got into a black Lincoln Town Car and left the scene, according to police.
