E-Bike Bandits Attack 22 Delivery People Across NYC: Cops
Police are looking for two masked men who stalk delivery people, threaten them with knives and pepper spray, and steal their e-bikes.

NEW YORK CITY — Masked e-bike bandits are stalking and attacking delivery people with knives and pepper spray, according to the NYPD.
More than 20 delivery people were attacked in Manhattan and The Bronx between Sept. 13 and Dec. 3 by two men who stole their electric bikes, police said Wednesday.
Most recently, a 24-year-old delivery man was attacked on West 46th Street between 10th and 11th avenues about 8:50 p.m., said police.

Video shows two men throwing the delivery man to the ground and spraying him with some kind of chemical before snatching his bike and cycling away, police said.
The two men have stolen 22 e-bikes across the city, as far south as the Financial District's 1st Precinct and as far north as The Bronx's 50th Precinct which covers Riverdale.

None of their victims have been seriously hurt, police said.
