It's A Family Affair: 'The Year Of Spectacular Men' NY Premiere

Photographer Daniela Kirsch shares her exclusive coverage straight from the premiere.

Daniela Kirsch is co-founder of NameFace — a facial recognition application that can identify celebrities in photographs. Through her technical and creative expertise, Kirsch has changed the entertainment industry, and she knows more than just a thing or two about photographing A-list events.

Last night, she attended the New York premiere for the upcoming film "The Year Of Spectacular Men" and took Patch along for the ride. Take a look at what she captured!

6:32 p.m.
I'm at the Landmark Cinema for a screening of "The Year Of Spectacular Men".
I'm on a very tight schedule tonight. If everything works out perfectly, I will shoot three events.

We are still waiting for the talent to show up. I get anxious. I have to leave at 7:45 if I want to make it to the next event.

Madelyn Deutch, Zoey Deutch, Howard Deutch and Lea Thompson

The talent arrives together. They are a family. Lucky me.

7:32 p.m.
The scene.

7:35 p.m.
Madelyn and Zoey cheer each other on. It's their first film together.

7:38 p.m.
Libe Barer from 'Sneaky Pete'.

7:39 p.m.
Done. I start running. 1.3 Miles to the next job. It's humid, I'm wearing cheap heels and a $695 dress from Rent The Runway. I sprint down 57th street all the way from west to east and arrive on time, catch my breath, wipe the sweat away. I'm ready.

8:07 p.m.
I'm shooting an A-list dinner party in a back room with only sixteen guests. I can't tell you their names, but you would know who they are. It's the most VIP it can get.

One of the guests is a supermodel. I just took photos of her a few days ago when I was unintentionally part of a screaming photographer mess. I wonder if she recognizes me.
"Let's take a photo of you two," I say to the host and another guest. The supermodel photo bombs from behind intentionally. I guess we are even now.

9:15 p.m.
"The host complimented my dress" I text my boyfriend who is also a photographer.
"Are you wearing expensive shoes? He knows shoes."
"No. Can't do. I'm running too much; they would be ruined in no time."

9:47 p.m .
I arrive at the Legacy Room for the afterparty of the movie.

"I need to protect my dad from the flashes," says Zoey.

9:59 p.m .

Ryan Eggold

"You need to take his photo. He has a new show," tells us the PR.
Will do.

10:15 p.m.
Madisin Rian and guest.

"Hi Madisin, great shoes!"

10:35 p.m.
Time to go home.
One of the photographers stays and tries to pick up a model. I hope she gets lucky.
