With the Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers about to face off for the 2018 World Series title, take a look at all past winning champs!

The 2018 World Series between the Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers is already generating a ton of buzz, as the two iconic teams have not had a World Series matchup in more than a century. In the 1916 World Series, legend Babe Ruth led the Red Sox to victory in Game 5, after an epic showdown against Casey Stengel of the Brooklyn Robins, which would later become the LA Dodgers we know today.

With game 1 of the 2018 MLB World Series upon us, we've rounded up photos of the last decade of baseball champions, plus a full guide to every winning team since the league's first world series in 1903.

Take a look!
