Macy's Herald Square celebrated the launch of Lacoste's Fall 2018 x Novak Djokovic collection. Guests were invited to celebrate the collection with the tennis superstar himself. Check out some photos of the legend right from Daniela's Lens!

There is a huge crowd waiting for Novak Djokovic! I didn't know he is so popular!

6:25 p.m.
There he is!

6:26 p.m.
He makes his way through the crowd.


6:28 p.m.
We only get a few moments to take photos, but Novak is easy to photograph. He is in a good mood, too!


8:59 p.m.
On my way back home I sit in the metro and edit my photos. The woman next to me sees the photos on my screen.
"That's Novak Djokovic!" she says.
"Yes! You know him?"
"Absolutely, he is such a fascinating man. Did you know he learned to play tennis during the war in Yugoslavia in a burnt out swimming pool because there were no tennis courts."
"Wow."
"He is here for the U.S. Open, and they say he will win!"
I hope he does!
