NYC Photo Recap: Artisans' Gate Opening, 'Helliday Inn' And More

There are countless events every night happening in Manhattan: Shop and restaurant openings, fundraisers, movie premieres, product launches, fashion shows and in December: Christmas parties, of course. For me, working the entertainment beat, it's all about picking the best and most exciting events. And there is always so much going on at the same time! I usually cover one happening per day, but tonight I challenge myself to attend three events in one night.
First up, Daniela's Lens invites you to check out the Artisans' Gate restaurant opening, followed by Resident Magazine's celebration for cover star Maribel Lieberman and then finally, The Helliday Inn party at The Skinny Bar & Lounge.

5:32 p.m.
I have a lot of ground to cover tonight: three events, all in Manhattan. Let's do this.
6:00 p.m.
My first stop is the restaurant opening party of Artisans' Gate on 205 West 57th Street.
The space is named after the nearby entrance to Central Park: Artisans' Gate.
6:05 p.m.
On the right is Peter Xenopolous, owner of the new restaurant!
6:08 p.m.
Artisans' Gate is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and serves elevated American food mostly sourced from local and organic vendors.
The cheese plate is amazing! I eat as many antipasti as I can.
6:10 p.m.
The crowd tonight includes many people from the fashion world. It's a big hello.
7:31 p.m.
My next stop is MarieBelle Chocolates on 484 Broome Street to celebrate Resident Magazines December 2018 Cover Star, Maribel Lieberman.
The store sells all kinds of handcrafted chocolates — a paradise for a sweet tooth like me. If you are looking for a special present or the perfect deserts for your Christmas party, this is the place for you!
