NEW YORK CITY — A snow storm barreling toward New York could dump two inches of snow on the city this week, forecasters predict.
One day after Staten Island Chuck made his Groundhog Day prediction of an early spring, the National Weather Service warned a snow storm could arrive in New York City about 1 a.m. Thursday.
A day of rain, snow and sleet could dump between one and three inches of the cold, white stuff on city streets, forecasters said.
