NYC Weather: Freeze Watch Issued As First Snow Forecast
The National Weather Service is warning of hazardous weather Tuesday.

NEW YORK CITY – A hazardous weather outlook has been issued as New York City faces its first deep freeze of the season.
Snow is expected Tuesday evening as temperatures plummet to 31 degrees, with windchill making it feel as cold as 25 degrees. The National Weather Service put a freeze watch in effect from 2 a.m. until 8 a.m. Wednesday.
Snow showers are possible all day, but they're more likely after 5 p.m.
