One Day University Offers Informative And Inspiring Lectures
Learn more about the education program that is offering engaging lectures and seminars from the country's most fascinating professors.

This Patch article is sponsored by One Day University.
Based out of New York City, One Day University has brought together hundreds of the nation’s top professors over the past 14 years to present one-day versions of their very best lectures, with no homework, grades or tests. Before the pandemic, One Day University hosted wildly popular seminars in 61 cities around the country, given by professors from Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Stanford, Cornell, and dozens of other schools. However, in 2020, everything changed.
With hundreds of in-person events cancelled, One Day University quickly pivoted to an online membership model. The new program, which costs $7.95 per month, is modeled after that of Netflix or Spotify. Members can participate in new live streamed lectures five days a week, where they are invited to ask the professor questions in real time.

One Day University: One Day University offers unprecedented access to top college professors from all over the country, at an accessible price. Members can go on a virtual tour of the Met Museum with a Columbia art professor, learn about the history of the founding fathers from a Yale historian, or discuss the science of happiness with a psychology professor from Amherst - all for just $7.95/month or $72/year.
We’ve spent years identifying the most popular professors around the country. Every campus has a handful of favorites, the professors who students say “don’t graduate without taking their course.” These are the professors who work with One Day University.
Most talks are just one hour, and designed to be enjoyed by anyone, even without a background in the subject matter.
