Snow Day In NYC: The Prettiest Photos, Videos From A Magical Winter Tuesday
Not all snow pics are created equal.
NEW YORK, NY — As any good weather nerd knows, not all snow is created equal. And in the museum of snows — wet snows, sharp snows, sheet snows, teeny-tiny styrofoam snows — the weightless, fuzzy, almost blossom-like snow that feathered down on NYC for hours on Tuesday, Jan. 31, was as pretty a snow as has ever kissed this city. It was an inch of angel's dust in the nick of time, powdering an otherwise icky and inhumane January with a thin coat of innocence. And it's just what we needed.
