These Hotels Named NYC's Best In 2020 Ranking
These New York City Hotels are among the best in the nation, according to a new ranking from U.S. News and World Report
NEW YORK CITY — New York City may be home to some of the world's swankiest digs, but not one of our hotels made the top 10 of U.S. News and Reports's round-up of the nation's best.
New York City was beaten by Hawaii, Chicago and Florida in U.S. News's 10th annual ranking of the country's best hotels rankings released Tuesday.
Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii took first, followed by The Langham in Chicago, The Peninsula in Chicago, Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach and the Four Seasons Resort Orlando in Florida.

The New York City hotels didn't make the top ten hotels in the nation, but the Lowell Hotel cracked the top 20 at #12.
The report also divvies up its hotel rankings by state and metro regions. In New York City, The Lowell Hotel New York on the Upper East Side took top honors, followed by the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown in Tribeca and Baccarat Hotel New York in Midtown.

Forty-one New York City hotels earned gold badges for consistent quality in accommodations, customer service, and luxurious experiences for travelers, the report says.
And 42 hotels from New York City earned earned silver badges for their consistent ranking in the top 30 percent of all 3.5-, 4-, 4.5- and 5-star hotels.
