What's Open, Closed On Memorial Day 2021 In New York City
Here's what's open and closed for the national holiday honoring military heroes and marking the unofficial start of summer.

NEW YORK, NY — The weather might not be cooperating for this Memorial Day, but you don't need summer weather to honor members of the military who died serving the country.
New Yorkers will do just that, though the usual parades are still affected by COVID-19 restrictions. Organizers of what is usually the nation's largest, The Little Neck-Douglaston Memorial Day Parade, will this year hold a service at the Community Church of Little Neck, broadcast via Zoom.
It'll be followed by a wreath laying ceremony at the monuments in St. Anastasia's parking lot at the corner of Alameda Ave and Northern Blvd.
