The New York Lottery says a Powerball ticket worth $1,000,000 from the Saturday, July 22 drawing was sold in New Hyde Park.
The single second-prize ticket was purchased at Lucky 7 Convenience, located at at 412 Hillside Ave.
The winning numbers were: 05 – 32 – 44 – 53 – 60 and Powerball 09.

The $1,000,000 prize winner matched the first five numbers in the Powerball drawing. A jackpot-winning ticket would include the first five numbers as well as the Powerball number.
The winning numbers are drawn from a field of one to 69 and the Powerball is drawn from a separate field of one 1 to 26. Powerball drawings are televised every Wednesday and Saturday around 10:59 p.m.

The Powerball winner can claim their prize up to one year from the date of the drawing.
