Not So Spooky Walk: Sunday, Oct. 28, from 12-4
North Hempstead’s Annual “Spooky Walk” is a town favorite for getting into the Halloween spirit. Hosted at the 12 acre, well manicured park at Clark Botanical Gardens, the event draws thousands every year. The Spooky Walk event might not be suitable for younger children but there is an event for the young ones on Sunday during the day called the “Not So Spooky Walk” that gets the little ones in on the fun as well where they can enjoy face painting, pumpkin decorating, and a Taekwondo presentation. Just a heads up that both of these events are cash-only and require a $5 admission fee for each guest.
