Douglas Elliman Adds Retail Location In New Hyde Park

Real estate company Douglas Elliman announced on Wednesday it will be opening a New Hyde Park retail location in late 2018.

The 3,500-square-foot space, located at 1700 Lakeville Road, is undergoing a complete renovation. There will be space for as many as 100 agents, bringing Douglas Elliman’s total number of Long Island agents to nearly 2,000.

“We are very excited to offer enhanced service to the New Hyde Park community with the addition of this new retail location,” Ann Conroy, president of Douglas Elliman’s Long Island division, said in a press release. “As towns across Long Island continue to reinvigorate their services and amenities for residents, we plan to be there, building even deeper roots in these communities.”

This new location will bring Douglas Elliman's total number of Long Island offices to 27. Douglas Elliman also looks to open new offices in other Long Island towns: Sea Cliff, Rockville Center and Cutchogue.
