Colonel (Ret.) Glenn Nils Smith of New Hyde Park, NY passed away on Feb. 10, 2013.
A West Point graduate of the class of 1963, Smith served in the Army for 26 years including service in Vietnam. A senior systems engineer, he recently retired from the SI Organization, Inc.
He was thehusband of Karen Smith; father of Stephanie (Marc) Spero, Jennifer Smith, Kristen (Brandon) Calderon; grandfather of Kylie, Reagan and Emerson.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at 3 p.m. at the Wayne Presbyterian Church in Wayne, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A private family burial will take place at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Donations in Smith’s memory may be made to the West Point Fund (698 Mills Road, West Point, NY 10996) and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
