James J. Buatti of New Hyde Park, NY passed away on March 30, 2013. He was born on Feb. 14, 1950.
He was the beloved husband of the late Eileen; dad of Christine (Kevin), Jennifer (Daniel), Erica (Walter), & Michael (Najwa); pop-pop of Caitlyn, Cayla, Nicholas, Eileen, Jimmy, & Peter; brother of John, Robert (Felice), & Tommy (Mary).
Friends may visit on Monday, April 1 and Tuesday, April 2 from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the New Hyde Park Funeral Home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, April 3 at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Spirit R.C. Church in New Hyde Park with a private cremation to follow.
