Katherine Chylak, of New Hyde Park, passed away on Oct. 11, 2013 at the age of 98.
She was the beloved wife of the late John; loving mother of Lorraine Keller, and cherished grandmother.
A wake was held on Tuesday, Oct. 15 with a funeral service at the R. Stutzmann & Son funeral home. Interment followed at Calverton National Cemetery (Calverton, NY).
