Philip A. Nicoletta of New Hyde Park, NY, passed away on Sept. 13, 2013 at the age of 28.
He was born on July 6, 1985 in Queens, New York to Frank A. and Nilda (Justiniano) Nicoletta. He was a vibrant young man that will be dearly missed.
