Warming Centers Open at Tully Park After Blizzard

In the wake of the blizzard known as Nemo Friday night, the Town of North Hempstead asks residents to call 311 to report any impassable roads so that it can send crews from its highway department.

The town has opened warming centers at 141 Garden Street, Westbury and Sen. Michael J. Tully Park located at 1801 Evergreen Avenue, New Hyde Park.
