Yost & Campbell Receives Angie's List Super Service Award

YOST & CAMPBELL AWARDED 2012 “ANGIE’S LIST SUPER SERVICE AWARD”: LESS THAN 5% OF ALL COMPANIES LISTED RECEIVE THIS HONOR

Yost & Campbell, celebrating 74 years in business, has received the prestigious Angie’s List Super Service Award for 2012. This recognition is bestowed on less than 5% of all companies listed with the nationwide reviewing service.

Companies achieving this milestone have the ‘Super Service Award logo’ placed next to their listing on www.angieslist.com. Angie's List awards this honor to companies that have provided outstanding service according to the feedback from Angie’s List registered members. In 2012 the criteria for the award included receiving a minimum number of reviews, maintaining an A average on both the reviews for 2012 as well as on the overall reviews and being in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. According to Angie’s List, Less than 5% of the companies received the award in 2012.

Angie’s List differs from other reviewing sites because, according to the website, “before reviews are posted, they are checked to guard against providers and companies that try to report on themselves or their competitors. This process was reviewed and approved during a 2012 audit by BPA Worldwide.” Businesses are rated on Angie’s List only when a member submits a report. Angie's List is a consumer-driven service supported by membership fees. In addition companies cannot pay to be on Angie's List and there are over 550 home repair and health care categories.
