Coastal Flood Statement Issued For Southern Westchester
Up to 1 foot of inundation above ground level is expected.

SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER, NY — With heavy rain in the forecast overnight, the National Weather Service has issued a coastal flood statement for parts of the Hudson Valley.
The statement is in effect from 11 p.m. Friday to 3 a.m. Saturday for southern Westchester County.
The weather service said up to 1 foot of inundation above ground level is expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline.
