“Outrageous” is the theme of this year’s New Rochelle Council on the Arts’ annual Thea Eichler Members Exhibition, on display at the New Rochelle Public Library’s Lumen Winter Gallery March 4th through 28th. An opening reception will be held Sunday, March 10th from 5:30 to 7 pm. The reception will be preceded by a variety showcase in the Ossie Davis Theater from 3:30 to 5 pm, featuring the talents of Enid Blount Press, Camille Coppola, the Eichler Family; Genevieve Flagello; Rebecca Mills; Gary Novikoff; David Patterson; Pamela Sklar; the Tessera String Band; Thoughts in Motion Dance Company and David Tobey.
