NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A funeral was held Friday for the 79-year-old man who was shot and killed Saturday sitting outside a bodega.

The service was held at St. Joseph’s Church for Manuel Ayala-Oceguera, News 12 said.

Police said he was not the intended target.
