HUDSON VALLEY, NY — As hard as it is to believe, it's almost October, and with that, cold weather is not far behind. However, such is not the case for Tuesday.

Things will change when a low pressure trough heads through the Hudson Valley, bringing much needed rain.

"The system moves quickly, and by Wednesday, sunshine should return to the Hudson Valley, with cooler temps and less humid air in the wake," Hudson Valley Weather said.
