Metro-North Still Experiencing Delays Monday: UPDATE

If you are taking Metro-North Monday, be prepared for delays. The railroad said that the Harlem Line is currently experiencing delays of up to 70 minutes due to a disabled train in the vicinity of Williams Bridge.
