Continued Delays For Metro-North: UPDATE
The New Haven Line is down to 30-minute delays, but the Harlem and Hudson lines are still operating limited service.

UPDATE: As of 9:10 p.m., The Hudson Line is still operating limited service between Grand Central and Croton-Harmon, and very limited service to Peekskill with delays up to 60 minutes. Service north of Peekskill remains suspended due to the multiple downed trees. Customers wanting to travel north of Peekskill need to arrange alternate transportation.
Harlem Line service has resumed with limited service between Grand Central Terminal and White Plains and very limited service between White Plains and Mount Kisco. Service north of Mount Kisco remains suspended due to multiple downed trees. Customers wishing to travel north of Mount Kisco should arrange alternate transportation.
New Haven Line continues to experience residual delays of up to 30 minutes due to earlier weather-related issues. Please listen for announcements at your station.

UPDATE: Delays and suspended service still exist on the Metro-North Railroad Tuesday after a massive thunderstorm caused problems throughout the region. As of 7:43 p.m., Harlem Line service has resumed with limited service between Grand Central Terminal and White Plains.
There is, according to the MTA, “very limited” service between White Plains and Mount Kisco.

Customers wishing to travel north of Mount Kisco should arrange alternate transportation, the MTA said.
There are still 60-minute delays on the Hudson Line between Grand Central Terminal and Croton-Harmon.
Customers wishing to travel north of Croton-Harmon should arrange alternate transportation at Croton-Harmon.
Customers using the New Haven Line are still facing 60-minute delays.
Access to Grand Central Terminal is still limited to the 42nd Street entrances.

Service on Metro-North is beginning to come back after all lines were suspended in the wake of severe storms that tore through the Hudson Valley Tuesday.
As of 7 p.m. Tuesday, Hudson Line service has resumed between Grand Central Terminal and Croton-Harmon with delays of up to 60 minutes. Service between Croton-Harmon and Poughkeepsie remains suspended due to multiple downs trees.
The Harlem Line, including the Wassaic branch, is still suspended to ensure customer safety. Trains en route will remain at stations until further notice. Metro-North had previously posted on its website that there was good service on the Wassaic Branch.
Service on the New Haven Line has resumed with delays of up to 60 minutes.
Access to Grand Central Terminal is limited to the 42nd Street entrances.
The railroad advices customers to listen for announcements at their stations.

Service on all Metro-North Railroad lines have been suspended Tuesday afternoon due to the thunderstorm. Initially, the railroad suspended the Hudson Line between Croton-Harmon and Poughkeepsie due to numerous downed trees and weather-related conditions.
But then the MTA suspended all service on the Hudson, Harlem and New Haven lines during the course of the thunderstorms in order to ensure customer safety.
Trains en route will remain at stations until further notice.

To prevent overcrowding of Grand Central Terminal, the Terminal’s entrances are being closed temporarily. Customers are asked not to enter Grand Central Terminal until train service can be restored.
