NEW ROCHELLE, NY — With 8,766 homes and businesses in New Rochelle still out of power after Tropical Storm Isaias, Con Edison had not offered an estimated restoration time as of 1:45 a.m.
The outages are scattered around the city.
Many New Rochelle parks were also affected by downed trees and limbs and remain closed.
