The New Rochelle Council on the Arts annual Members Variety Showcase and Reception will take place at the New
Rochelle Public Library’s Ossie Davis Theater from 3 to 5 pm on Sunday, March 9th.
The event, which honors NRCA founder and Past President Thea Eichler, will
feature a
range of artistic performances by members of NRCA as well as friends and family
of Thea Eichler. The performances will take place in the Ossie Davis Theater and
will be followed by a reception at 5 pm; both are free and open to the public. Performers
include the New Beginnings Dance Company, singer/songwriters Madalyn (Barbero) &
Nicole (Alifante) jazz singer Clarissa Sinceno, the Bicker Brothers (Colin and Matt
Taylor), vocalist David Patterson, singer/actress Louise Edeiken, violinist Sarah
Jane Kenner, flutist Pamela Sklar, singer Michele Abrams, and members of the
Eichler Family (Marc and Terry Wager, Glenn Eichler, Kenneth Eichler, Jocelyn
Eichler Kenner, and David and Lisa Eichler. Emceeing the event is NRCA Board
member Angela Derecas Taylor. Stage manager is David Patterson, and the committee
includes Terri Bowles, Laura Falb, Diane Flagello and Martha Gutierrez.
