School Board And Library Seats Candidate Forum Set For Monday
The live-streamed forums with the New Rochelle candidates will be hosted by the League of Women Voters and Fuerza Latina on May 10.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The voters will have a chance to meet the candidates running for elected office later this month — albeit virtually.
Fuerza Latina and the League of Women Voters New Rochelle will be hosting the candidates for Library Trustee and School Board races on the ballot for May 18. The two virtual candidate forums will take place on May 10.
The first Zoom forum scheduled to be live-streamed from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. will feature David Mener and Lucille Renwick, who are vying for a single open New Rochelle Library Board Trustee seat.

The second forum will begin at 7:15 p.m and will include the eight candidates running for three open City School District of New Rochelle Board of Education seats. The slate includes Joe Andrews, Margaret Bavosa, Adam Cooper, Robert Cox, Sharon Footes, David Peters, Roshanie Ross and Donald Vega.
