Stop & Shop and North Shore Animal League America host Purr-fect Party for 5-year-old Larchmont Pediatric Cancer Survivor

Stop & Shop and North Shore Animal League America hosted a Purr-fect Party to celebrate a five-year old cancer survivor from Larchmont, Cassidy. Cassidy is the face of this year’s annual Help Cure Childhood Cancer Campaign, raising money for MSK Kids, the Pediatric Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. North Shore Animal League America hosted Cassidy and her family and honored her with a purr-fect party. The party included playtime with kittens and cats that are up for adoption, and helped her learn more about animals as she aspires to be a veterinarian when she grows up.

Stop & Shop’s Help Cure Childhood Cancer Campaign raises money to support pediatric cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). The campaign, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, has raised more than $25 million to-date for MSK Kids.
